Leadership Coaching

 

Are you new to a leadership role? Suddenly in charge of former teammates? Or have you been leading for a while but are now reaching your limits with the role, finding it less enjoyable? Are you worn out by ongoing team conflicts, uncomfortable moments of giving constructive feedback to colleagues, or delivering unpopular news?

In my experience, people are often promoted because of their strong job performance but frequently lack the methods and know-how to foster a positive work environment, engage the team, lead responsibly and authentically, motivate, and support. In coaching, I want to accompany and empower you to see your leadership role not solely as an expert in your field but to value “soft skills” and mindset as equally essential.

My service is a methodical, time-limited consultation designed to support your professional goals on an equal footing. It helps you tackle the challenges of your role as a leader or team leader with greater flexibility and develop specific, individualized strategies.

Each coaching session is completely customized and tailored—you set the content and the goals.

You’ll work on your own behaviors and the mindset that goes with them, as well as practical tools necessary for doing a great job. The aim is for you to come out of coaching sessions feeling empowered and to progress step by step in your personal development and self-reflection.
