With over 15 years of professional experience in team building, leadership, strategy development, adult education, as well as in marketing and school management, I provide agile and needs-based support. My work focuses on leadership development, navigating challenges in agile environments, and working within multinational, interdisciplinary teams.
I view a leader as a kind of coach, whose role is to provide guidance and support the team as effectively as possible in their tasks, fostering both growth and accountability.

I grew up in the Schaumburg district of Lower Saxony and spent over six years in London, where I studied and worked. Currently, I live in Berlin with my husband and two children.
